What data we process
A copy of your diploma or professional degree and of your ID document, your account name and email, and the data read from those documents: name, document type and number, degree, institution and graduation date.
Sole purpose
To verify that you are a dental professional before letting you buy courses. We do not use these documents for marketing, we do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone for any other purpose.
Review with artificial intelligence (optional)
If you choose AI review, your documents are sent to Anthropic, PBC (United States), provider of the Claude model, which acts as a data processor solely to analyze them and return the result to us. This is an international data transfer. If you do not want this, choose manual review: then only authorized platform staff see your documents.
Sensitive data
The photo on your ID document may be considered sensitive data. You are not obliged to authorize its processing, but without that document we cannot verify your professional identity.
Security and retention
Documents are kept in private storage with no public links, and only administrators can open them. We keep them while your account is active or as long as the law requires; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012)
You can access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave us; know how it has been used; revoke the authorization or ask us to delete it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
How to exercise them
Write to datos@draandreavargas.art from your account email. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.
